Eligible for Full Refund

  • Service not initiated within 3 working days of payment
  • Government rejects application due to our error
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Service cancelled before work begins

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Work in progress but client wants to cancel
  • Government fee already paid (professional fee refunded only)
  • Application filed but rejected due to government policy changes

No Refund

  • Application rejected due to incorrect information provided by client
  • Client changed mind after service completion
  • Government fees once paid to government
  • Services fully completed and delivered
