What we help with
Classification check
We confirm whether you qualify as Micro, Small, or Medium based on investment and turnover, and pick the category that maximises benefits.
Aadhaar + PAN + GST linkage
Udyam is auto-populated from your PAN and GST — we resolve mismatches so the application doesn't get rejected.
NIC code mapping
We select the right NIC activity codes for your business so you stay eligible for scheme-specific benefits.
Application & certificate delivery
Application filed on the Udyam portal, certificate downloaded, and shared with you the same day in most cases.
Re-classification & updates
When your turnover or investment crosses thresholds, we re-classify and update your Udyam record.
Scheme mapping
Optional — we map your Udyam profile to applicable government schemes (PMEGP, CGTMSE, etc.) and tell you what you qualify for.
What Udyam Registration unlocks
Udyam Registration is the official MSME registration under the Ministry of MSME. It replaced the older Udyog Aadhaar in July 2020. The certificate classifies your business as Micro, Small, or Medium based on plant & machinery investment and annual turnover.
The classification itself is administrative — the real value is the bundle of statutory protections, lending advantages, and scheme eligibility it unlocks. Indian MSMEs that aren't Udyam-registered routinely miss out on lakhs in scheme benefits and on legal recourse against delayed payments.
The certificate has lifetime validity, requires zero renewal, and the government fee is NIL. Our role is to make sure the classification, NIC codes, and linked details are correct — because mistakes here can disqualify you from specific schemes later.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a government fee for Udyam Registration?▾
No — the official government fee is NIL. Beware of websites charging hundreds for the certificate itself. Our role is the correct classification, NIC code mapping, and end-to-end handling so you can claim every benefit you qualify for.
How long is Udyam Registration valid?▾
Lifetime. There's no renewal. You only need to update the record if your investment or turnover crosses a category threshold.
Can a sole proprietorship register?▾
Yes. Proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, private/public limited companies, and co-operative societies are all eligible — manufacturing or services.
Do I need GST first?▾
If your turnover crosses the GST threshold, you must have GST registration before applying for Udyam. We routinely bundle GST + Udyam in a single engagement.
What's the difference between Udyog Aadhaar and Udyam?▾
Udyam (since July 2020) replaced Udyog Aadhaar. If you have an old Udyog Aadhaar, we re-register you under the new system for free.
