1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Openedze Solutions platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
Openedze Solutions provides business consultancy services including but not limited to company registration, GST registration, compliance filing, trademark registration, and funding assistance. We are a consultancy service provider and not a government agency.
3. Disclaimer
Openedze Solutions is a private consultancy firm. We are not associated or in collaboration with any Government/Non-Government Agency/Institutions/Organisation/Department. Government fees are separate from our professional charges and are paid directly to the government.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made to Openedze Solutions official bank account only. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account. Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in our refund policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery. Any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client will not be our responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Openedze Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Openedze Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
